About The Speaker
Francis has been working to help create effective individuals and teams for his entire career. Trained as an economist, his doctoral thesis dealt with bureaucratic creativity within international organizations. For 3 years, he was co-founder of a strategic consulting firm based in Montreal. Francis produces workshops on innovation, creativity, collaboration, business failure, teamwork and much more. Since October 2015, Francis is back in business with the creation of FG8, a management consulting organization.
